A select course on natural food preservation will be held in Walthamstow in North East London later this year.
In a limited-size class for enhanced learning, attendees are invited to take part in a beginners introduction to fermentation. Those participating will be afforded the opportunity to explore the process of preserving in the natural way and expanding their knowledge of live foods.
The three-hour course will be hosted by Today Bread on Hoe Street in Walthamstow. The health benefits of fermented vegetables will be examined as techniques are taught in a class designed to be fun, collaborative and a chance for social interaction.
Those running specialist classes can use brochure printing services to create informational Booklets for students, providing an additional resource to support their learning.
In a hands-on workshop, pupils will get to test a variety of live fermented treats including sauerkraut and traditional kimchi. Every person attending will take away a selection of recipes and three jars of fermented vegetables (worth £30 at a health food retailer) as well as newly gained knowledge they can experiment with at home.
A small meal will be shared by the class involving sourdough bread with fermented vegetables.
The master class will take place between 5pm and 8pm on Sunday November 17 and tickets for the specialist course are available at £70.66 per person.Get a Free Quote for Booklets
