New Hayes development expected to create hundreds of jobs

Hundreds of new employment opportunities are anticipated from a new development in Hayes, Hillingdon.

Work has now commenced that will transform an area once used by Swiss multinational Nestlé, the world’s largest food company, into a local asset for Hayes. The industrial area in Hillingdon that once housed a factory where coffee and chocolate were manufactured will now be known as SEGRO park.

Four new units of different sizes are being constructed, with one recommended for use as a dedicated data centre serving Hayes. Once the four units are up and running, an outline prediction suggests they will present as many as 350 new jobs, bringing a much-needed economic boost to the West London town. Companies rolling out recruitment drives can rely on professional Graphic Design Services to create Print campaigns that attract the correct candidates for available positions.

Hillingdon’s cabinet member for property and infrastructure, and Deputy Leader, Jonathan Bianco, commented on the initiative recently:

“This work complements our town centre investment programme. I look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have in Hayes once complete.”

The site at SEGRO Park is just one part of a wider scheme to regenerate the locale, helmed by property experts at Barratt London, and will also include 1,300 new residences constructed in the area, supplying a Hayes housing boost.
