A performing arts venue in Hayes will welcome an act dedicated to a famous country and western star this spring.
Johnny Cash devotees in Hayes can enjoy this premier live music experience in the form of a tribute to the celebrated artist, which is called “The Johnny Cash Roadshow – The Prison Years Tour”. It will be coming to the West London town and it carries a family endorsement from Cash’s own granddaughter, Caitlin Crowell.
The show is designed to recreate Cash’s famous tours of US prisons in the ‘50s, ‘60s and ‘70s, which included performances at correctional facilities like Folsom State Prison and San Quentin State Prison. Cash played live for inmates and guards alike to advocate for prisoner rehabilitation.
Tribute acts often team up with professional Graphic Design Services that can create contact cards, Posters and other promotional items.
An award-winning entertainer, Clive John is praised by critics for his performance as Cash, recreating the “Man in Black’s” warmth and sincerity as well as his baritone voice and guitar picking. Songs featured will likely include “A Boy Named Sue”, “Ring of Fire”, “Hurt” and “Orange Blossom Special”. Joining John in duets like “Jackson” as Cash’s wife June Carter will be singer Ashley Cavell.
The Johnny Cash Roadshow: The Prison Years Tour will be live on stage at The Beck Theatre in Hayes on Thursday, April 30. The venue is on Grange Road and tickets are priced between £31.50 and £35.Get a Free Quote for Graphic Design Services Get a Free Quote for Posters
