Established in 1992, the organisation focuses on retail-led and residential initiatives and has been based within Nottingham. Letterheads from south Birmingham can be used by companies which move to the city. The chief executive at HDD, Scott Davidson, revealed:
"We're currently working on a number of exciting schemes across the UK and the investment from Finance Birmingham will help us to leverage the success of previous and current projects, helping the business to expand and ultimately accelerating our growth.”
Finance Birmingham has given £2 million to assist the development of the firm going forward. This money has been sourced from the Regional Growth Fund, which is backed by a partnership operating in the city-region.
Finance Birmingham’s Graham Mold has explained the logic of the investment. He is keen to boost businesses engaged in property development by providing them with extra resources and thinks that the state of the market will deliver ample opportunities in the future.
Mold has paid a generous tribute to the quality of the staff at HDD and has commented on the positive track record of the chief executive of the enterprise. Recently, HDD has been working on a site at Friarsgate in the city of Lichfield, which is reportedly worth about £80 million.Get a Free Quote for Letterheads
