Techno festival coming again this summer

Music fans in and close to Potters Bar are preparing to get in the groove this summer, with the Eastern Electrics Festival set to take place again at nearby Hatfield.

Those behind this feast of music have already announced the bands and DJs that will be hitting the stage at the Hatfield House venue via the unusual medium of

a game of Pac-Man.

The Eastern Electrics Festival is devoted to techno and underground house music, with the major names that will perform there this year including Derrick Carter, Seth Troxler and Groove Armada. Troxler is the main stage headliner, and the EE family star will be performing a selection of his deep house classics.

This year’s event will mark the third successive time that Hatfield House has been used as the venue, providing a suitable setting for a day of dancing.

One of the many highlights of the 2016 Eastern Electrics Festival for techno fans is sure to be the appearance of one of the genre’s true icons – Chicago techno pioneer Derrick Carter – an artist who has more than his fair share of top tunes to turn to for his set.

Music events like this one, both in Potters Bar and the wider district can always rely on places able to provide poster printing, so that they can be advertised.

It takes place on August 6th.
