A public town park in Potters Bar is set to host events offering family fun as part of local programme.
Families in the area seeking entertaining activities will find fun happening directly on their doorstop this summer. Organiser Park Events is running two initiatives called “Fun in the Park” and “Movies in the Park” this season, which will be occurring in several greenspaces in the area.
Organisers of summertime events often order high-quality signage from professional banner printing services to welcome attendees and provide directions to find useful facilities.
Fun in the Park will feature family games and a range of inflatables for children to interact with. The two films being screened at Movies in the Park include the recent animated feature, “The Wild Robot”, and ‘80s classic “Dirty Dancing”.
Movies in the Park will run on Friday, July 24, while Fun in the Park will take place on Tuesday, August 11. Both events are happening in Oakmere Park, which can be found at 82 Highview Gardens in Potters Bar. The movie day has screenings at 3 pm and 6 pm, while Fun in the Park starts at noon and ends at 3 pm.
Other greenspaces participating in the programme include Phillimore Recreation Ground in Radlett, Meadow Park in Boreham Wood and King George Park in Bushey, with additional activities including tennis and other sports.
