Potters Bar to host womens networking session
The Athena Network is organising one of its regular networking sessions for businesswomen, which is due to be held in the town in early November.
These events provide an opportunity for decision takers and leaders from a wide range of industry sectors to get together to explore ideas and exchange information. Thus enabling them to forge strategic links with other professionals and enhancing commercial opportunities and future business growth. Based on integrity and respect, networking is accepted as one of the most effective ways of realising this objective.
The Athena Network is open to new members and guests, introducing them into both a supportive and relaxed networking setting. The groups meet every month for lunch at an established venue in order to foster new and useful business contacts. In addition, there are local and regionally organised activities, creative workshops on business planning, networking advice, social gatherings, business seminars, training events and face to face consultancy sessions.
Athena itself is one of the foremost business clubs for female entrepreneurs and executives specialising in training, global networking and development.
Tickets cost between £24 and £30. Business cards are handy to take to events like this as it is a quick and simple way to exchange contact details.
The Athena Network’s Business Networking for Women session will take place between 12pm and 2pm on Tuesday 12th November at the Builders Arms in Potters Bar.
