The 9th annual Beer Festival is due to be held in Potters Bar in mid-July.
This is a family-friendly event, but with a considerable appeal to couples and groups of friends, offering all kinds of food, drinks and music to tempt the visitor.
There will be a selection over 25 real ales available under the marquee, many from both local and regional brewers. Those in attendance can also sample up to eight different ciders and visit the Pimms tent or the bud barn.
The live music comes from the Escalators, Love Distraction, Barnyard Junkies and Clint Henderson and Friends. This ranges right across the spectrum, from individual singer/songwriters to rock bands as well as those performing classic covers, catering for nearly all tastes.
In addition, there will also be a wide array of food stalls, run by local vendors, selling a choice of hot and cold snacks, not to mention an ice cream van. Other activities include a bouncy castle, football, darts, a slide, the air ambulance, Soft Play (for under 4s), Blood-Wise and various local charities.
Tickets cost £6.50 booked in advance and £15 at the door. Print shops are a valuable resource when it comes to publicising local events.
The Potters Bar Beer Festival will take place between 1pm and 9pm on Saturday 11th July at the Pakex Stadium.Get a Free Quote for Print
