The tribute show, The Wall of Floyd 'Obscured by Clouds' Tour, is due to arrive in Potters Bar in mid-March for a performance.
Based in the South East of England, the members deliver an authentic live rendition of the music of the successful 60s British rock group. This includes performing many of the fan favourites from Pink Floyd's extensive back catalogue of 15 albums. Songs such as 'Wish You Were Here', 'The Dark Side Of The Moon' 'The Wall' and 'The Endless River'; capturing both their live and studio work.
The show itself consists of a six-piece band supported by a sophisticated light show all combined with the latest in audio technology to create the Wall of Floyd sound. It is the show's producer's intention to get as close to the band and its music in order to emulate the original experience.
The work of musical director Ali Martin features heavily. He is responsible for creating both the overall musical presentation and the video contributions. Whilst the distinctive guitar sound of David Gilmour is down to the crafted skills of the show's Calum Robertson.
