Potters Bar calls in the fire brigade

The musical show Fireman Sam Saves The Circus is on tour and due to give a performance in Potters Bar in mid-August.

This is a stage version of the popular television programme Fireman Sam, beloved by many generations of children. Developed by Mark Thompson Productions in conjunction with Mattel, it seeks to create enjoyable live family entertainment, whilst combining it with STEM educational learning.

The show tells the story of Norman, who after his friends leave moves to Pontypandy in search of a more adventurous life. Once there, he becomes involved and eventually the star of a touring circus. But a tiger running free and broken lighting leads to a dangerous situation.

All of the usual characters such as Sam, Elvis, Penny and the Station Officer will be featured in the show. There are songs, music and dance, whilst those in attendance can try their hand at firefighting as a cadet, not to mention enjoy some circus fun.

It will be a family-orientated show that has something to offer everyone, no matter what their age or gender is.

Tickets for the show cost a maximum price of £18. Graphic design plays an important role in the production of a musical show or theatrical event.

Fireman Sam Saves The Circus has two starting times of 12pm and 3.30pm on Thursday, August 17 at Wyllyotts Theatre in Potters Bar.
