Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, presented by Jordan Productions, will take place in Potters Bar over the Christmas and New Year period.
The pantomime has a long history and remains a Christmas tradition for many, and this classic magical fairy tale is one in which the audience will meet such familiar characters as the Wicked Queen. With her uncontrollable jealousy, she represents the classic pantomime villain who the audience loves to hate.
There is also the obligatory handsome prince in search of his damsel, always to be found in distress. Other well-known elements include the magic mirror, that seductive red apple and of course the seven dwarfs who initially come to Snow White's rescue.
With the usual catchphrases such as "mirror, mirror on the wall" and "lookout, he's behind you", it is a chance for kids and the entire family to engage and participate in the entertainment, thus creating a host of memories.
Tickets vary in price and are available for purchase from the box office. In the light of present circumstances, it is advisable to check with the venue closer to the date for any possible postponements or cancellations. Graphic design plays and part in such theatrical presentations.
