Potty Pancakes is now situated in the building that formerly housed The Lion on Barnet road. It offers customers a choice of sweet treats, with pancakes, waffles, milkshakes and crepes all jostling for prime place on the menu. The eatery also offers savoury snacks, breakfasts and salads.
The pancake house used social media to create a buzz around its opening, which was held on June 10th. The reaction to the opening on Facebook was largely positive, with members of the community leaving messages of support and encouragement.
Councillor James Ricks spoke about the move, saying:
“Being a member of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA), I like to see pubs stay, but on the other hand it is nice to see an establishment take up the property relatively quickly, so I am pleased to see that.”
“I am hopeful that the concept will be a good idea, I think if the residents support it, it will be a success.”
Restaurants often bring new business to other firms when they open, which is positive news for printing companies in Potters Bar. Many of these dining establishments will require professionally printed Menus and signage in order to grab the attention of potential customers.
Potty Pancakes is now open for business and more information about the company, including Menus and opening hours, can be found on its website.
