Musical artist Carrie Hope Fletcher is on her debut national tour, An Open Book, which is due to arrive in Oxford towards the end of May.
This London-born actress, author, singer-songwriter and vlogger first trod the boards as a child. She was Jenny in the CITV's Dog and Duck, and appeared in the West End as Eponine in Les Misérables, aged just nine.
Carrie's list of stage credits includes Beth in Jeff Wayne’s War of the Worlds, Jemima and Truly Scrumptious and Jane Banks in Mary Poppins. Indeed, she won the What's On Stage Best Takeover In A Role Award in 2014.
A Top 20 recording artist, who previously released several singles and performed the official song for the Summer Olympics in 2012. She has also published five Books and created a YouTube Channel that receives one million plus hits every month.
Carrie will be singing tracks from Heathers and Les Misérables amongst others as well as talking about her life experiences and stage career. She can presently be seen playing the title role in Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of Cinderella.
