A hit comedian from Ireland is bringing his brand-new show to an Oxford theatre later in the year.
Oxford residents on the hunt for laughs this spring are in luck. The New Theatre Oxford has declared it is welcoming erudite Irish funny man Dara O’Briain to its stage in May for a single-night show.

Following on from his successful comedy tour titled: “So, Where Were We?” O’Briain is headed back out on the road introducing all-new material under the banner of “Re:Creation”. He has popped up on programmes like “Mock the Week”, “Star Gazing Live” and “Robot Wars”, to name but a few. However, the new show will see O’Briain return to his roots with a night of live comedy combining rapid delivery and learned humour.
Dara O’Briain will now perform a live set at the New Theatre Oxford on Saturday, May 3. Tickets are priced at £79 per person and the theatre is simple to find sited at 24-26 George Street, Oxford, OX1 2AG. The show begins at 8 pm.
