The stand-up comedian Adele Cliff, as part of the Oxford Comedy Festival, is due to appear in Oxford in mid-July.
This writer and comic has a well-earned reputation for one-liners. She was the 'pundisputed' UK Pun Champion in 2020, the first woman to hold the title, and has performed improv with comedy legend Tony Slattery's ‘chums’.
Cliff is an Edinburgh veteran, making a host of festival appearances. Her 2019 show 'Undershare' sold out at the Tron Theatre, a popular Fringe venue.
She has supported Milton Jones on tour and performed worldwide, notably visiting the United States and Adelaide's 2020 Fringe in Australia.
Cliff’s list of radio credits includes the BBC's Radio 4 Extra and Radio 5 Live, giving a live performance on their Edinburgh Fringe stage. She has also guested in podcasts such as 'Mystery on the Rocks', not forgetting her written contributions to BBC Radio 4's 'The News Quiz'.
Nominated for a 'Leicester Comedy Award', Cliff is a two-time winner of the 'Pegasus Comedy Award', and was shortlisted for an 'Amused Moose Award'.
Tickets cost £8.80 inclusive of a transaction fee. Printing services can be of great value to those involved in the promotion of a comedy or theatrical event.
Adele Cliff's gig has a starting time of 9.00 pm on Saturday, 13 July at Trinity College in Oxford.
