The leading author Sebastian Charles Faulks will host an intimate event entitled 'An Evening with Sebastian Faulks 'The Seventh Son'', which is set to take place in Oxford at the beginning of December.
This novelist and well-respected journalist was born in Donnington, Berkshire. He attended Wellington College before studying English at the University of Cambridge, and is now widely recognised for his specialised historical fiction with a French setting, notably 'Charlotte Gray'.
He has produced a number of contemporary works such as 'A Week in December', and also several novels for continuing series, 'Devil May Care' for James Bond, together with 'Jeeves and the Wedding Bells' for the PG Woodhouse series.
After the success of 'Birdsong’ in 1993, he decided to give up journalism to become a fully-fledged professional writer. Sebastian has since delivered a total of eight classic novels, of which his most recently released include 'Snow Country' and 'Paris Echo'.
He was made a Fellow of the RSL in 1993 and a CBE in 2002. His latest publication, which the author himself will be discussing at this event, is called 'The Seventh Son'.
Tickets range in price from £10 to £25. Stationery printers can be useful when it comes to making preparations for a local business or commercial event, like this one.
'An Evening with Sebastian Faulks 'The Seventh Son'' has a starting time of 7.00 pm on Saturday 2nd December, at Blackwell's Bookshop, Oxford.Get a Free Quote for Stationery
