The boy band Busted have announced they are getting back together for a new album and reunion tour later in the year. As part of their tour, one of the places they will be visiting is Leeds.
Busted are a trio made up of James Bourne, Charlie Simpson and Matt Willis. They first enjoyed success during the early part of the 2000s, with songs like ‘What I Go to School For’ and ‘Year 3000’, which helped them to four number ones in the UK and two Brit awards wins. They broke up in 2006, before teaming up with fellow boy band McFly for a tour as McBusted during 2013, albeit without Simpson.
Now the original threesome is returning for a tour of the UK that will feature a total of 15 shows. One of them will be in Leeds, with the First Direct Arena set to serve as the venue for it.

This new tour by Busted will be accompanied by an album that sees them take on many of their most famous tunes to create fresh versions.
Busted will be playing at the Leeds First Direct Arena on 17th September, with the support act being Hanson.
