Line-up announced for Yorkshire music event
Music lovers living in Leeds may be looking forward to the spring after a starry line-up was announced for the 2015 Live at Leeds music festival.
Among the hot 100 performers set to take to the stage of the festival this year are former Libertines co-founder Carl Barat, Gaz Coombes of Britpop band Supergrass and popular local act Eagulls.
Other artists confirmed for the festival, the ninth Live at Leeds, include Emmy the Great, Spector, Lawson, Sunset Sons and Swim Deep. In a Yorkshire Evening Post interview, the promoter and head booker for the festival, Andy Smith, said:
He went on to add that, in previous years, the festival had featured acts like Sam Smith and George Ezra, who have since gone on to carve out successful careers in the music industry, and that it was great for the city that it was able to attract a line-up of this calibre.
Although Live at Leeds is sure to prove popular with local music fans again this year, the festival organisers can also promote it using poster printing in Leeds.
The festival will take place between 1st and 4th May.
