One of the most successful bands ever to come out of Leeds will be returning home later in the year, as Kaiser Chiefs visit the city during their upcoming tour.
The band has confirmed that it will be playing a number of arenas around the UK this year, with the First Direct Arena in Leeds set to be one of them. It will mark an emotional homecoming for the indie rock band that first rocketed to fame with the single ‘I Predict A Riot’ back in 2004. The album called ‘Employment’ that followed it went on to be a smash as well and subsequent hits have included ‘Ruby’ and ‘Everyday I Love You Less and Less.’
Kaiser Chiefs spent the period of the Covid-19 crisis and lockdowns developing new music in collaboration with Nile Rodgers, the legendary former Chic star. Both these new songs and all of the old favourites are being promised during the tour.
Leeds shops that provide bulk flyer printing can be a quick and effective way of advertising upcoming gigs in the city.
The support acts for this Leeds show will be Scottish indie stars The Fratellis and The Sherlocks, a popular band from the local area. This tour will be the first time Kaiser Chiefs have played UK venues in a number of years.
The band will hit Leeds on 12th November.
