CHIC to play in Leeds next year
One of the legendary bands of the 1970s disco era will be coming to Leeds for a night of danceable nostalgia next summer, as Nile Rodgers and CHIC hit town for a show.
The band became icons of their era thanks to smash hit records like ‘Le Freak’ and have been cited as a formative influence by numerous artists in the decades since. Rodgers co-founded the band with bass player Bernard Edwards and still fronts a version of it to this day. Their show is set to feature both classic songs and newer tunes.
