A popular music festival is set to take place again in Cambridge this summer and the organisers of the event have now confirmed one of the headline acts.
Jessie Ware is going to top the bill for the Friday night at The Cambridge Club music festival. She is a singer who has enjoyed a successful decade-long career in the industry, which has included smash hit singles like ‘Freak Me Now’, ‘Say You Love Me’ and ‘Free Yourself’. Along the way she has managed to build up a devoted fan following.
That means there will be plenty of excitement among music lovers in the city at the prospect of seeing her live. The organisers of events like this festival can use flyer printing from Cambridge shops though, to ensure the people who are likely to be interested know about them.
Ware’s fan base really started to rise in number after the release of the dance music inflected album ‘What’s Your Pleasure?’ three years ago. She has worked with top electronic acts like Disclosure, SBTRKT and Bicep, further boosting her following among electro fans.
She followed that album up with the soul-influenced ‘That Feels Good!’ which was released last year and reached number three in the charts.
The venue for the festival will once more be Childerley Orchard. It will take place between 7th and 9th June.
