Cambridge Business Park master plan revealed
The organisation behind a large-scale project to redevelop Cambridge Business Park has revealed its master plan for it, which would include space for many more businesses and homes.
The Crown Estate is hoping to turn this park into a centre for the community, innovation and science. It has revealed details of a regeneration plan that would be carried out over a period of 15 years. This would include a mix of brand-new buildings, retrofitted and refurbished ones. Some of those buildings would be for commercial or educational use, while others would be residential.
According to the information that has been released, the plan would see over 350 homes constructed at the park. It would also involve the building of new facilities for the public, including community, sports and leisure ones. As a result of all that, jobs for more than 5000 people would be created.
When organisations are putting together plans like this, graphic design services in Cambridge can be very useful to them. They can provide images showing what the completed projects will look like.
Speaking to Cambridgeshire Live, Matthew Sampson from the Crown Estate said that:
The master plan will undergo further revisions based on public feedback before being submitted. This is expected to happen sometime next year.
