This year’s festival is set to feature a larger line-up of performers than ever before and will be held across two days instead of one. Among the artists who have now been confirmed for this celebration of garage, house and R&B music are the Jamaican dancehall superstar Sean Paul, hip hop performer Bugzy Malone and Tiffany Calver, who hosts her own show on Radio 1.
Alongside the various live music performances, the summer event will include discussions on different aspects of youth culture and politics as well as stand-up comedy. The new site for this year’s festival is Childerley Orchard, just outside of Cambridge, which provides more space than the previous venue.
People attending music festivals often go to shops that supply banner printing first, so that they can take fan Banners with them.
Speaking to Cambridge Live, Chris Jammer, co-founder of the festival, said:
“It has always been our aim to establish Strawberries & Creem as a major brand representing British youth culture – not just the music, but for the whole scene.”
The first Strawberries & Creem was held six years ago and its popularity has grown steadily since then. The 2021 event will take place on 19th and 20th June.
