A new wedding exhibition, based in Vaughan, acknowledges that there’s a lot of competition in the Greater Toronto Area, but the True Mate Bridal Show hopes to provide a different experience.
True Mate’s stated goal is to ensure that future brides walk away from the show feeling more confident and excited about the upcoming big day. Like other bridal shows, it will offer booths and displays from vendors in a variety of areas such as catering, clothing, and photography.
Events include two fashion shows, several interactive workshops, wine and cupcake tastings, and more. Door prizes and raffles will be offered as a way to entice visitors, including a romantic get-away and the free services of a wedding planner.
The event aims for a more intimate and curated feel than most bridal shows. Vendors are limited to five per group, with the hopes that this will allow for longer and more meaningful conversation between business and customer. Brochure printing and Business Cards are an essential part of preparation for vendors at these expos as they will need to distribute these to attendees. The Bridal Show is a new product of True Mate Weddings, which is a Toronto-area planning company.
