Tea Va See pivots to outdoor dining
The Tea Va See Lounge & Bar in Vaughan has re-opened with a new focus on its patio service, including a giant burger served in spectacular fashion.
The lounge is typically used as a nightclub and live concert venue, providing plenty of space for dancing and a wide selection of cocktails. This summer, however, it is putting a focus on its outdoor patio space and its food. The crown jewel is a newly created $20 burger, served in a glass case to preserve the smoky feeling and create a visual spectacle when it is unveiled. The burger joins other new menu items, as well as smaller servings, designed to appeal to a wide range of diners.
Tea Va See continues to feature live music by local DJs such as DJ Dumas, as well as an extensive drinks menu, including the simply-dubbed “Alex’s Favourite”, after owner Alex Glikamn. The summer has seen many bars and restaurants re-open with new business models such as takeout, which Tea Va See has also expanded to include cocktails along with food. These changes are advertised through means like flyer printing and social media campaigns, with Tea Va See using professional photographer Alex Ua to snap social-friendly photos.
Tea Va See is currently open nightly. In addition to the patio, limited seating is available inside the lounge.
