Saks Off 5th Avenue opens in Vaughan
A new store has opened in Vaughan Mills that will give shoppers a chance to enjoy luxury goods at a discounted price.
A branch of the Saks Off 5th Avenue chain has opened its doors in the shopping centre and features a range of clothing lines, shoes, purses, and accessories. A print company can produce all the items needed when a new business such as this opens its doors, providing everything from business cards and name tags for the staff, to order forms, receipt blanks, signage, banners, and wide range of other items.
It is aimed largely at those in the millennial age group who may want to buy the high-end items but cannot afford the prices in a traditional Saks 5th Avenue store. It is hoped that they will develop loyalty to the brand, and as their purchasing power increases and they become more financially assure, they will gravitate towards the luxury goods offered in the Saks 5th Avenue retail locations.
The Hudson’s Bay company owns Saks, and according to Jonathan Greller, who is its president of off-price channels, this new store will be one of three that will be opening in Southern Ontario. He went on to say that 110 will be opening their doors in the U.S. and 9 in Canada by the end of 2016. Plans are in place for a total of 25 to eventually be located across the country.
