Entrepreneur gathering comes to Vaughan
The GTApreneurs organization has launched a series of monthly meetings in Vaughan, providing discussions and networking opportunities for independent businesspeople throughout the Golden Horseshoe.
Each month’s meeting will contain a floor full of exhibitor booths and a small buffet of food. There will be a welcoming presentation followed by a guest speaker from the Ontario business community. For instance, March’s event features Daryl Ching, founder and owner of Vistance Capital Authority, presenting on “Demystifying Accounting and Financial Planning for Entrepreneurs”, and it will be hosted by GTApreneurs President and business coach Tammy Defoe. The guest presentation will be followed by a round of elevator pitches for local independent businesses and designated time for open networking.
Confirmed exhibitors include representatives of Coldwell Banker, The Village Hive, and DENMAR Displays & Exhibits. Visitors and exhibitors to networking events often use business card printing and digital technology to help make lasting connections and budding business relationships. In addition to the in-person Vaughan events, GTApreneurs also runs monthly virtual events and networking occasions in nearby cities such as Newmarket. The organization was founded in 2019 and opened its first physical office in Vaughan this January.
