Travelers passing through Mississauga’s Pearson International Airport will now have a new place to stop and pick up the latest in electronic devices.
The Source, a retail establishment that has 650 locations across the country, has open up a scaled-down version of its usual outlet. Customers will be able to purchase the latest in headphones, tablet computers, mp3 players and many other kinds of electronic equipment that they may wish to use on their trip.
There are also in-store gaming and listening stations, where they will be able to try products out before they buy them.
This new store is modeled after the The Source’s new Barrie location, set to open in 2015. It’s a smaller version of what most people will be used to, but it still provides much of what the larger stores have.
One aspect that will be slightly different will be the focus of customer service. According to a representative from the company, people traveling are often in a hurry and don’t want to hear a lot of different options; they would rather get concrete advice so they can make their purchases quickly and be on their way.
A store opening like this can be helpful to consumers who need to pick up a few last-minute items before they leave for a trip or to travel on business. A printing company will be able to create signage to let them know that the store is now open and ready to meet their needs.
