Mississauga residents looking for an exciting way to ring in the New Year are invited to come to the party in Celebration Square.
The festivities planned include a live concert featuring a number of different JUNO and Granny award winning artists as well as a line-up of local talent that is set to take to the stage. There will be DJ’s, hip-hop performers and even a skating party for the late night hours.
Those who enjoy a good meal will likely appreciate the food trucks that will be on site to provide the crowd with a variety of foods, and the whole night will be capped off with a fireworks display that will take place during the very first minutes of 2016. The pre-show begins at 8:00 pm, and will include six special guests. The “main event” runs from 9:00 until midnight, and it will feature DJ D Smooth and DJ Intrinity Live Spin as well as Lowell and GRANDTHEFT.
There is no charge to attend the party, and MiWay will be providing free transportation on all of their routes for the evening.
