Mississauga sets date for summer serenade

A summer evening of music can be a magical experience, and such an evening will soon be on offer for those in Mississauga.

The More at the Museums initiative will be offering its Summer Serenade with River North in the historic barn at Bradley Museum. Tickets are $27.81, and this includes any applicable taxes and fees.

The featured performers for the occasion will be Heather Christine and Matt Zaddy, and they will play an eclectic mix of pop, soul, jazz and folk. Stonehooker Brewing Company will supply craft beer and other treats for purchase.

The venue’s “A City in Tune” exhibit will be one for viewing, and this explores the community's musical heritage. Passes to attend need to be reserved ahead of time as they will not be available at the gate. The activity is for those aged 18 and up.

A concert, play or other live performance often includes distributing programs to the audience members. These can be prepared by stationery printers and may include information about the performers and other details of interest.

More at the Museums: Summer Serenade with River North will run from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on July 26th. Bradley Museum is located at 1620 Orr Road, and the listing for the activity on the Active Mississauga website offers a link to purchase tickets.
