On June 19, the Mississauga city council approved a Parking Master Plan that was developed by the Municipal Parking Team. An information session will introduce this strategy to the public, and all area residents are encouraged to attend.
The hour-long session will include input from city officials, as well as local parking providers and other stakeholders. They will explain how it may impact the city’s business community and also how it will be implemented now that it has the approval to go forward.
The event is open to all, and those who are making plans to attend are asked to bring along anyone they feel will be interested. The public can ask questions and anyone who has an inquiry to make but who can’t be there in person can submit it to Erica Walsh at erica.warsh@mississauga.ca.
The plan is for the meeting to take place in the first floor boardroom at 3185 Mavis Road, and staff will admit guests for the session, which will begin at 1:30 pm. Pamphlets can make it easy to distribute information to the public ahead of an event like this, and brochure printing professional can supply them.
This chance for Mississauga residents and business community to learn more about its future parking plans will be offered on Tuesday, July 23. All stakeholders and other interested parties are welcome.
