After a long wait, summer has finally arrived, and that means it is almost time for the opening night of a seasonal entertainment schedule in Mississauga.
InSauga will be presenting the Movie Nights series, which will be on offer at Celebration Square. Dates are scheduled throughout summer, and the films screened will all be family friendly.
Members of the public are welcome to bring a blanket or a folding chair so they can set up a spot on the venue’s lawn. A pre-show will take place before the main event, and the venue will be accessible to anyone who requires a wheelchair or other mobility device. Closed captioning will also be provided, and devices for assisted listening can be requested. There are nine movies on the list for screening, and in case of bad weather, the organizers advise calling to determine whether the event is still going ahead.
Many communities offer movie nights and other outdoor entertainment during the summer months. A poster printing company can help to keep members of the public informed about such upcoming local events that may be of interest to them.
The Mississauga Movie Nights initiative will begin on July 4th at 8:00 pm with Kung Fu Panda, and it will draw to a close on September 5th. A full listing of the dates and titles is available on the City of Mississauga website. The Movie Nights are free to attend.
