Mississauga hotel under new management

A well-established Mississauga hotel now has a new owner, and along with that comes new branding.

The Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Center will now go by the name Hilton Mississauga/ Meadowvale. The facility, which is located it 6750 Mississauga Road in Meadowvale Business Park, was recently purchased by a Canadian organization that invests in real estate.

The transaction was brokered by the Toronto branch of CBRE Ltd., and the hotel itself will be under the management of the Hilton chain, which has many similar operations , as well as resorts, all around the world.

According to a representative of Hilton Worldwide, the firm is extremely happy to have been able to acquire the facility, and they also noted that its central location in the Meadowvale Business Park – along with its close proximity to the Pearson International Airport – makes it a perfect addition to their growing company.

The spokesperson also felt that it will help to raise the status of the brand within the GTA. A printing company will be able to produce a wide range of materials that bear the hotel’s new brand.

The building has 374 guest rooms that have recently received renovations and other upgrades. It also has a large amount of space for meetings, conventions and other large events, as well as restaurants and other amenities.
