An event that will be held this month will bring local green thumbs together for a gathering where they can learn about the latest horticultural trends, while meeting others who share their passion for planting.
The annual Mississauga Garden Festival will offer lots to see and do for all ages, and there will be a variety of displays, presentations, and other activities. Experts will be on hand to answer questions and provide advice, and there will be food available for purchase as well.
This year, the festival is set to take place in Riverwood Park, and guests at the function can get some inspiration by strolling through the gardens at Chappell House and other locations on the property. Ticket holders for the festival will be welcome to take a tour of the site and there will also be special activities for the event’s younger guests as well.
The organizers noted that they are very grateful to the businesses, organizations, and government departments that have decided to sponsor the event.
