The Mississauga region has a strong Latino-Canadian community, which is to be celebrated at an upcoming festival.
With an astroturf for sports during the summer and a space for a skating rink in the winter, Mississauga Celebration Square hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, and it will soon host the upcoming Mississauga Latin Festival 2025.
Considered the biggest Latino-Canadian celebration in Mississauga, the Mississauga Latin Festival 2025 is meant to bring together the community to celebrate Latino cultures. This year marks the 17th anniversary of the festival, which runs throughout the weekend, bringing attendees a wide range of entertainment. Festival goers can enjoy a wide range of live music, dancing and other entertainment in addition to being able to listen to folklore and explore a wide range of artisan offerings. The festival will also have a vast range of delicious Latino food from local vendors. On the Sunday of the festival, there will also be a vibrant parade.
Cultural-focused festivals like the Mississauga Latin Festival often have an educational aspect for those who want to learn more, which is why event organizers will often invest in brochure printing to provide additional context to attendees and resources for where they can find more information after the event.
The Mississauga Latin Festival 2025 will take place from 5:00 pm on July 18 to 7:00 pm on July 20 at Mississauga Celebration Square, which can be found at 300 City Centre Dr, Mississauga. Additional information about the festival, including exact timings for each day and anticipated performances, can be found on the festival's website.
