A gala affair has been planned in honour of Mississauga’s Heart House Hospice, and there are plenty of ways the local community can get involved.
The hospice provides compassion and care to those who at the end of their life, and it also offers support to their family and friends.
The organizers of the function are asking local businesses and organizations to become “change makers” by supporting the fundraiser through the donation of funds or a gift in kind. These can be used as auction or raffle basket items, and donations for the wine auction will also be appreciated.
Companies that would prefer to act as sponsors for the evening will be able to select the level of support that best suits their budget, and these start at $500. These all include recognition of the sponsor’s Logo Design at the event, and depending on the level selected, it may also be included in the programs, website and other marketing materials that will be prepared for the occasion. This can put a business's branding in the eye of potential customers while also giving the company an easy way to show some love to their home community.
