The 4th annual Mississauga Ukrainian Festival is taking place next month.
The popular yearly event is set to feature Ukrainian performers in their national dress who will be presenting traditional cultural dances and music. Local Ukrainian organizations will also be hosting cultural exhibits with facts about their home country. There will also be plenty of authentic foods available for sale along with Canadian favorites.
A number of vendors will be on hand to sell Ukrainian-related arts and crafts, which will likely include handmade jewelry, wall decorations and clothing. There will also be a variety of children’s activities and hands-on craft activities for people of all ages.
Guests will have the chance to relax in the refreshment garden.
Organizers of the festival are still accepting applications from vendors, volunteers and groups that wish to perform.
This is just one of the many cultural festivals that will be taking place in Mississauga this year that attract thousands of visitors. To help spread the word, local Print shops will often be asked to provide items such as Posters, Flyers and Brochures that can be easily distributed.
