With so much going on in the world, many people can use some time to care for themselves, and a Winnipeg event will soon be showing attendees how they can engage in some customized self-care.
A free workshop that will be focused on natural skincare will give members of the public experience in crafting their own lotion bars, and many of the ingredients used will be plant based. The participants in the Skin Care Workshop will be using cocoa butter, mango butter, shea butter and other natural ingredients, and along with the lotion bars, the group will prepare soap as well. The class is intended to be a fun experience, and the attendees may even have a chance to design their own products. Its scheduled run time is two hours, and it will kick off at 3:00pm.
