Winnipeg wine fans will soon be able to sip their way through an upcoming event.
The RBC Convention Centre will be rolling out the red carpet for the Winnipeg Wine Festival, and it will be offering pours from all over the world. Its schedule runs for two days in late September, and there will be tastings that are open to the public.
Those who purchase tickets to attend the public tastings will receive a souvenir glass to use and keep, and they can enjoy three hours of samples. It can be a chance to discover something new or enjoy an old favourite, and Manitoba Liquor Mart will have a pop-up shop on site for anyone who would like to buy some bottles to take home.
Along with tastings, tickets have been made available for the Inspire Gala dinner. There will be five courses served alongside wine pairings. Table decor, Drinkware and other items that can make a fundraising meal feel complete can be prepared by local Print shops.
The 2026 Winnipeg Wine Festival will welcome vino fans on September 25th and 26th. The Inspire Gala Dinner will take place on September 24th. The venue for the meal will be released at a later date, and a ticketing link as well as additional details, are included on its website.
