Winnpeg’s Women’s Health Clinic has created a professional development opportunity that can train facilitators to give families the support they need when preparing to give birth, and it will be offered this winter.
The trainees in the event will find out how they can aid new families in adjusting to the arrival of a child, whether it’s by birth or adoption. They will explore the topic from a variety of angles, and discover how they can make this time in a child’s life a positive experience.
The course is made up of 15 sessions, and it includes both discussion and lecture components. Once they have completed the two-day seminar, the attendees will be able to take their new knowledge back to their home communities, and will learn how they can adapt it for their specific location.
The tickets for this learning opportunity are priced at $180 per person, and this includes the materials, refreshments, and continuing support after the classes are over. Promotional Pens, handouts and other materials can be put together into seminar packages to hand out to each registrant when they arrive on the first day of educational workshops such as this.
The Coping With Change Facilitator Change training will be on offer at the Birth Centre in Winnipeg. It will take place on January 27th and 28th.Get a Free Quote for Pens
