Many people who call Winnipeg home can trace their roots back to Ireland, and the whole city is invited to enjoy a celebration of The Emerald Isle that has come to be a local St. Patrick’s Day tradition.
The McConnell Irish Dancers will be hosting an evening that will feature music, food and dance. It has grown to become one of Winnipeg’s largest Irish-themed celebrations, and with special activities for families and kids, and also adults, it will be a function that can appeal to just about everyone.
As well as the entertainment, guests will be able to purchase food and drink and browse through the market that will be open throughout the evening. Vocal performances have been planned, and everyone can enjoy the silent auctions that have been included on the agenda.
Tickets are on sale now for this year’s St. Patrick’s Fest, and they start at $10 for kids and $15 for adults. Themed decor can add an extra special touch to an occasion like this, and a printing services company can offer lots of options that can be a great fit for the activity.
The McConnell School of Dance has invited the whole community to put on their favourite green outfit and enjoy this community gathering. It will be held at 340 Provencher Boulevard on March 17th.
