Winnipeg high school to host holiday market

Winnipeg’s Shaftesbury High School has invited one and all to include its upcoming craft pop-up market taking place this December.

This holiday-themed craft sale will feature a wide selection of handmade goods, providing lots of unique gift ideas. Those who are aged 12 and up will be asked to pay an admission fee of $2.00, while younger kids will be welcome to enter at no charge.

The organizers of the function have explained that there will be more than 90 tables of goods to shop from, and an even split draw, free coat check and parking will be available. There will be door prize draws, and to help make the season brighter for everyone, Shaftesbury High School will be collecting donations for Winnipeg Harvest. Each person who makes a contribution will receive an extra raffle ticket.

Attending local craft shows gives the public a chance to score some special gifts, while also supporting small businesses based in the area. A banner printing company will be able to prepare a variety of attention-grabbing signage that may be posted throughout the community to help build the buzz about this sort of function.

The Shaftesbury Christmas Craft Sale will be taking place at Shaftesbury High School on December 5th. The doors will be open to shoppers from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm.
