One of Canadian Tire’s corporate philosophies is that every child deserves a chance to get in on the fun, and to help make sure that happens, it will be the presenting sponsor for a day of golf planned for a Winnipeg course.
The Tee off for Ability day will see the monies raised donated to the Children's Rehabilitation Foundation. The Southwood Golf and Country Club has been chosen to serve as the venue, and all skill levels are welcome.
The players will be asked to pay a registration fee of $250 each. The golfers will all receive the use of a shared powered cart, as well as gifts to thank them for registering. Green fees, lunch and a post-play reception are also included. The play will open with a shotgun start and follow a Texas scramble format. Everyone has been asked to wear suitable attire, and only soft-spiked shoes will be permitted.
A golf fundraiser like this may prove to be especially popular, and sponsoring one of these activities will give businesses an opportunity to showcase their community spirit. Organizers often choose to incorporate the Logo Design of each of its supporters to the materials used to promote it to the public.
The 2023 Tee off for Ability Tournament is scheduled for July 18th. Registration will begin at 11:00 am, and the start time for play is 12:30 pm.
