Winnipeg families to benefit from pop-up market

Winnipeg’s Christmas Cheer Board makes the holidays brighter for families in need, and it will be offering the public an opportunity to support its efforts.

The organization has created an event that will boast a Halloween theme, and it will connect local residents with vendors from across the city. It will be open for two days, and as this will be the first year for the fundraiser, the planners have pulled out all the stops to create a memorable experience.

Admission to the Witches and Wizards of Manitoba Trade Show is $2, and both days will run from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. Everyone can shop to their heart's content, and there will be lots of handmade and other items that may catch their interest. A kids’ corner is on the agenda, and a selfie station will be set up so the guests can catch some pictures of themselves in their costume. The adults can try their luck in the even split draw, and a raffle will also take place.

When organizing an inaugural event, it may be a wise oven to reach out to a local printing services company. It will be able to prepare materials that build community buzz.

The Red River Exhibition Place will be the location for this special celebration. It has been confirmed for October 1st and 2nd.
