Spring is set to arrive in Winnipeg, and local gardeners and those interested in green living may want to save the date for a large local event planned with them in mind.
The province’s only show dedicated to home horticulture will be on offer in early May, and the Red River Exhibition Centre will serve as the venue. Tickets are $10.00 each, with kids aged 12 and under welcome to enter free of charge.
The Living Green 2024 event will bring together a wide selection of vendors in the garden and landscaping industry, and the attendees can stop by each booth and display, potentially gathering swag and learning more about what each of the businesses have to offer. Plants and a variety of hardware and other equipment will be available for purchase, and several presenters will take to the stage. Seed swapping will be encouraged throughout the event.
