Winnipeg’s steampunk convention is one of the events that will kick off the summer season, and it promises to be a memorable occasion.
The Society for the Ethical Treatment of Krakens has invited fans of the steampunk genre to include its tea and bazaar in their summer plans. This will be the fifth year that the function has been held, and as it will be on offer at the Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo Park, there will be plenty of space, and it will also be accessible to anyone who needs a mobility device.
The organizers of the day have planned a variety of activities, and these range from a steampunk social to games, zeppelin racing, parasol fencing, seminars, radio play and many others. Tickets are on sale now for this special event, and they are priced at $30.84 each.
