Winnipeg to host Festival du Voyageur

Canada’s largest Francophone-themed event will be adding some extra fun to this February and it's on the way for Winnipeg’s Whittier Park.

The Festival du Voyageur will once again be celebrating both French Canadian and First Nations culture, and it is the largest gathering of its kind planned for Western Canada this year. It tends to attract a crowd that tops 70,000, and its schedule runs for ten days.

The plans for the festival include live performances and exhibits by both Francophone and indigenous artists, dancers, singers and musicians, and there will be lots of family friendly fun as well. Historical interpreters will serve as docents for special activities and tours, and snow sculptures, traditional Quebecois, Acadian and other French dishes will be on offer at the food vendors. Pop up markets, boutiques and other shopping options will be on site, and there are various ticket types available. There will be staff and volunteers on hand to assist any disabled guests who require help.

An annual event may benefit from a snappy Logo Design, and these may be prepared by a local printing services company. They can become part of a function’s overall brand, and may be helpful when marketing an activity.

The 2025 Festival du Voyageur will be bringing frosty French themed fun to Winnipeg from February 14th to February 23rd. The contact number for the celebration is 204-237-7692.
