Photos taken with Santa are a popular holiday tradition for many Winnipeg families, and thanks to a local initiative, they will safely be able to do so this year.
Mr. Claus will be taking a brief trip from the North Pole for the “Santa at the Forest” photo shoot at FortWhyte Alive. Families that book a time will each receive two or three photos of the experience. The cost for the sitting and photo package is $30, and this is in addition to the usual admission fees to the venue.
The little ones will be able to meet Santa in person, and he will listen to their holiday wishes. There will be two dates for the public to choose from, with the photos being sent to the families approximately one week later. Pre-registration is mandatory – walk ups will not be accepted.

The Santa at the Forest photo sessions will be on offer at FortWhyte Alive on November 21st and November 28th. Those who reserve a time are asked to arrive 15 minutes ahead of their slot.
