Winnipeg fall festival to delight local foodies

A warm autumn afternoon can be a perfect time to enjoy some outdoor fare, and a Winnipeg festival will put putting local culinary talent front and centre.

Some of the province’s top chefs and other food prep specialists will be strutting their stuff in the MB Food Fest, and the attendees will be invited to sample to their heart’s content. They can also stock their pantry shelves at the various vendors that will be participating.

As well as an opportunity to visit a variety of vendor booths, this celebration will offer poutine fans a chance to fill their plates. A chef competition is one the agenda, and samples of beer and wine are included in the ticket price.

The planners explained that one of their main goals is to promote the province’s small business community, and the public who attends the festivities can count on having a great time, Banner printing and other marketing services for this sort of occasion can be sourced from a printer in the local area.

This year’s MB Food fest has been rescheduled to September 27, and a full list of the vendors that will be included in the day will be released this Friday, June 5. It will be welcoming area foodies at For Gibraltar and everyone is encouraged to stop by.
