An event that will see Winnipeg beer lovers make their way to the bar is on the way for this August, and it will put local breweries and mobile eateries in the spotlight.
Many local beer lovers are awaiting the return of the Winnipeg Beer Fest, which will welcome up to 600 guests for a rain-or-shine celebration. There will be two time slots to choose from, and along with the beers, stouts, ales and lagers, a selection of spirits crafted in the province will be on offer.
Each person who purchases a ticket for the festival will be treated to samples, and this is included in the admission price. At least 60 products will be on tap, and anyone who would like a bite to eat to go along with their beverages will be able to head to the food trucks that will be parked on site. Music for the celebration will be supplied courtesy of a live DJ.

The 5th Annual Winnipeg Beer Fest will celebrate Manitoba's brewing and distilling industry on August 13th. The venue for the day will be Fort Gibraltar, and tickets can only be purchased by those who have been double vaccinated against Covid-19.
